A+Advisors
is a For Sale/Rent cooperative advertising company that
is not a real estate broker. The cooperative advertising
program involves pooling advertising resources with
those of other sellers/leasers to maximize exposure
to potential buyers/renters of your vacation property.
A+Advisors
is not involved in any negotiation for sale/rent, closing
or procuring of buyers; and A+Advisors
forwards all inquiries about your vacation property
directly to you and allows you to negotiate the sale/rental
of your vacation property without the involvement of
any broker and without any commission.
A+Advisors
cannot and does not appraise the value or rental price
of your timeshare property. The sales or rental price
of your property has been established by you, the
owner, and A+Advisors
has made no representations as to the sales/rental
price that you may receive. Although your timeshares
will be exposed to millions of potential buyers/renters
as a result of A+Advisors
advertising program, A+Advisors
does not have a specific buyer/renter at the present
time.

Terms and Agreements
1. A+ Advisors, Inc. is an advertising company and not a
real estate broker. Advertising fee is for marketing expenses
that pool advertising resources with those of other renters
and sellers to maximize exposure. A+ Advisors, Inc. helps
our clients promote the rental and/or sell of their timeshare
unit.
2. A+ Advisors, Inc. forwards all inquires regarding my
timeshare directly to me and allows me to negotiate the
sell or rental of my timeshare unit without the involvement
of any brokers or any commission fees.
3. A + Advisors, Inc. is not involved in any negotiations
for the sale or rent of my timeshare unit.
4. A+ Advisors, Inc. assumes that my timeshare sells or
rents within 6 months, unless I advise them to the contrary,
prior to the expiration of the 6-month period. Upon notification,
A+ Advisor, Inc. will renew my ad at the expense of the
company. A+ Advisor, Inc. will advertise my property until
it is rented or sold.
5. Right of cancellation is seven days from the date of
the contract. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
6. A+ Advisors, Inc. at our discretion will advertise your
timeshare in the newspaper, magazines, billboards, the internet and
our daily marketing booths.
